Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes of the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assist with claims through the shipping carrier and either replace the product or issue a refund.
Delays caused by carrier issues or customs are beyond our control, but we’ll help resolve them.
